Master of high court

I've been writing mail to the masters office regarding my issues with them. When I go to them as part of an invistigation they don't want to know what you want to tell or show them. I wrote to hello Peter regarding this matter and still I haven't heard any response. Priya to that I I've write to them on a numerous occasions and no response. We are being given website and contact to place our complains that we have but when we do there's no one to assist.. I wrote of Friday still no feedback .
