Mafikeng master of the high court

Good day

The service at the Mafikeng office is terrible i don't even know how to describe it, my mom passed away in may 2021 and we have been trying to get a letter of authority and they keep on sending us from pillar to post. we have summitted all the documents that were needed by to date not is happening. we have done countless follow ups still with no results. Can someone please tell us where we can find help
