Kindly assist and let justice take its course on the following injustice provided by your office and finance involved from (MP) Piet Retief to Pretoria in three occasions.

The first date was on 19/08/24 when I was told that government has rented a new storeroom where files are captured and told to come after two months however on

September we were told to wait for SMS within seven days if not to come to the office of which was the 1st of October where we were given 21 days to come again to the office. On our arrival after 21 days which was the 31st of October, we received a very bad reception where we were told of ‘” system down ‘and that the document is not available and we then asked for someone superior where Mr Muthanti comes in and unfortunately all the afore mentioned superiors could not come with tangible date to receive documents. I have attached proof backing my presence at your office. Your co-operation with assistance will be highly appreciated as the matter of urgency.
