Letter of authority from Master of high court

I have a problem getting a letter of authority it has been almost 5 years now. I went to the master of high court in Barberton, I was told they can’t assist me as the file was sent to Pretoria I have to go there so they can assist me. I went to Pretoria and I found this other gentleman he said he cannot find the file so he suspects it’s within then files that were handed over to a company that is dealing with their filing so at this moment I don’t what to do cause I’m not getting any way forward I’m not given any solution or time frame of the retrieval of my file I am expecting money from GEPF and Standard Bank my Mother left money on her Standard Bank account and they need the left of authority to release the money. When I call Pretoria they don’t and and I stay in Nelspruit I’m like 200km away from Pretoria.
