Letter of Authority

I have been struggling to obtain letter of authority. Claimed on April 28th 2022.Everytime I come this side they keep on telling me to return after 3weeks without even giving some kind of an update as to how far they are with the process. It's been over 90 days now and I still can't be issued a letter of authority.
