Legal guardianship order

Hi I have app**** for legal guardianship late 2017, for my two siblings. Only received one. Everytime when I enquire with my attorney, these still no developments. At first high court lost my paperwork, then we had to resubmit, now they telling us about online cases.

High Court doesn't care about the poor, I have registered for Fostercare for my younger brother. But Sassa is waiting for the court order. 3 years later, high court still giving us a run around. Is this the democracy that our parents fought for, where government focuses on greed and *******ion and the hell with the poor.
