Late estate

Good day,

I would like to lay a formal complaint against The Master of the High Court. In 1997 my late mom passed away while I was 6 years of age at the time. As I was a minor all things were handled over to my grandmother who then also passed away in 2004. I have been in contact with the Masters court ever since, trying to find out what happened to my late moms funds. I recieved a letter from GEPF stating that my moms pension was sent through the Masters Court as I was a minor at the time. The letter has all the information and stamps. I have contanted Mr Lali at the Masters court who told me that back in 1997 they used paper files and do not have the file anymore. He also stated that there is nothing he can do with the letter from GEPF as it does not have an account number to where the funds were sent. He stated that he can not help me he needs more information as there is no file. I am very much confused as GEPF keeps sending me back to the Masters court with this letter saying that it is proof that the money was sent to them. I dont know where to from here but would like to resolve the matter and know what exactly happened to my moms funds.
