Master of High Court Guardian Fund Department are a disgrace to service delivery an to see the review on hellopeter that there lack of service delivery are a big issue Why still open for the public is a big question .

They don't go the extra mile They don't do follow ups They don't serve They just plain an simple don't deserve to be called goverment official /employees .

To see that I am not the only one who has a problem with them is mind blowing that the people there still have jobs why are they still in positions they don't deserve there planty of people like myself who would love to do there jobs an believe me I would do it beter cause there jobs are mainly to be the change in this country since our country is falling apart they giving away an spending money loaning money like it's going out of business know my question is the money they so provide for others were does it come from .

Here I am struggling since last year 2021 March toget my inheritance payout there excuse was I didn't met the requirements I need original letter from GEPF I got my original letter from GEPF an that's a month ago still I haven't received my payment still my payment shows decline on there system since Tuesday I am sending emails to the pupil who has my application no reply no answers no feedback so I called there payment department her question was did u not call me 2 weeks ago Ms Muller yes I called you 3 weeks ago it's beter you speak to Ms Johanna they sending me up an down form one person to the next still no payment receive .

How can a big Goverment building struggle to obtain a letter from a Goverment company how can they wait a month for 1 deposit letter wen they all work head to head together .Master of high Guardian fund please don't think I am stupid an *********** please try another line your lies are getting old you not doing your job an not doing what you suppose to you getting paid every 15 of the month for doing nothing but bull**** .

You think because you sitting in offices dealing with normal citizen with no goverment badges that you ain't touchable .think again so many people in the goverment are been investigated for ***** an for negligence /poor work performances if you don't like your job quite if u don't want to provide a sufficient serves quite why did u apply for the job anyway cause your job are required that you deal with people application payments daily an to make sure every person who money are been kept at the Guardian fund are been paid out without laim excuses like awaiting GEPF deposit letters .

I am waiting now a month for my payment an my application are an ongoing complaint since last year . You talk about unfounded assumptions If it was unfounded why am I still here on hellopeter awaiting a payment An why are u not doing your job like you suppose to An why are my payment still not process .
