Ma’am, my first application was done on the 9th of November 2022.

I did a follow up in January (after 40 working days) only to find out that my application has not moved forward in any way. I was then told that there was a file missing “GEPF” after the 40 working days period.

I was told to do a dummy file on my arrival in February. (February 6) After a week I took it upon myself to ask to do a follow up, only then Miss Mokoto told me that there were other documents missing. Came back once again to Pietermaritzburg for the third time to deliver the documents.

I spoke to Miss Mokoto when I was there for the third time, she told me to wait for a bit to confirm with you (Ms Nzimande) with regards to my application and she told me all is well and my application will be approved.

On my way back to Johannesburg, in the bus, I was told that my application was rejected due to incorrect signatures! After travelling to Pietermaritzburg 4 times!

All this? to be told to wait again? No way! But the matter has been reported by my uncle nationally, please expect calls from them. This is unacceptable and you guys there know it.
