Glorious Incompetence

Absolutely useless on every single level. E-mails are not responded to, wether at the local office or to the Chief master's office. Complaints are not acknowledged. We have lodged a final distribution account with the Nelspruit Master's Office in July of 2024. Seven months later still no response. Their disdain for members of the public is palpable. Law firms bring their own copy paper because the Master's Office never have any. Few if any of the employees have mastered even basic computer literacy skills. Incompetence displayed in all its glorious fullness.
