<div id="m361" class="mail-message expanded" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 17px;"> <div class="mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images" style="margin-top: 16px; margin-bottom: 16px; zoom: 1. ********** ********** 52;"> <p dir="ltr">I would like to share my terrible experience that I am having with your office as well as the jhb office wit you.</p> <p dir="ltr">At the moment I have no idea as to what I need to do anymore as I have traveled to Pretoria on a few occasions, I've been going to the jhb office I don't know how many times for the Gaurdian fund claim for my daughter.</p> <p dir="ltr">I have submitted claims for 4 times now, to date I haven't had any luck.</p> <p dir="ltr">They don't make any contact with you with regards to your claim, the only time I know what's going on is when I phone the Pretoria office then I would get the feedback that my claim was declined or something went missing.</p> <p dir="ltr">I have done all I can to get the documents required over and over again, I have been phoning every month so many numbers but still nobody is willing to help_ so I'm not sure why people are employed at the masters office. I waste my airtime to phone because there's never an answer. And if someone decides to pick up the phone its not the right department.</p> <p dir="ltr">I've been from pillar to post and I just feel that it is so unfair to my daughter as we now received a letter from her school saying I need to find another school for her because I am not able to pay the school fees. How embarrassing must this be.</p> <p dir="ltr">I am currently unemployed and that is the only reason why I am unable to pay the school fees and this is the reason to why I claimed, I wanted to leave this fund for her when she was old enough and needed money to study. Which he never responded.</p> <p dir="ltr">So with this last claim they told me to wait 8 weeks because the documents was correct and checked same like all the other times, and I waited and waited. So I contacted the Pretoria office, and they told me it shows as payment due on the 3rd July 2017.</p> <p dir="ltr">So now my question is where is the payment? And what is now the cherry on the cake is that, I phoned on Monday after struggling to get hold of someone to speak to the gentlemen can't remember his name told me that this claim is not with payment it is still with the admin department.</p> <p dir="ltr">He gave me to contacts whom I need to speak to which till today I can't get hold of.</p> <p dir="ltr">Amanda ********** 830<br />Maretjie ********** 881</p> <p dir="ltr">I am aware that I am not the only person who aubmitted a claim for this but seriously I would treat people better as every person has his/her own struggle.</p> <p dir="ltr">Kindly advise what in this world can be done to resolve this matter.
