********** dealings

My mother passe away on the 7th of November. We received a death certificate but because there are certain formalities that have to be followed before I can make any claims at the bank or anywhere I needed to go to the High Court which is in Sauer and Marshall in johannesburg,i didnt know it would take me going there six times as I had everything I needed. Whenever Id go they would tell me a document was missing. So I asked my aunt (moms twin) to accompany. She is almost 70 and not as quick as me so this isnt easy for her. Today which is the 9th,I had initially gone once again on the 28th of December and I found them closed and they told me their system had been down for 1week,HOW is this possible when you work in government for people and their queries. They told me to return today and I did just that.

When we got there they started mentioning names that I had nwver heard before and when I told them they showed me a number which had been written with a pen on my mothers death certificate which was apparently done WITHOUT my knowledge and told me a file had been opened. And just dismissed us and told us we should come next week. I didnt wanna take this lying down so I went to the 3rd floor which deals with curatorship as my sister is disabled. This man took us to multiple floors with my mature aunt and at each floor they told us how this file is preventing us from getting a letter of authority.

At the last floor they sat ua down and even showed us the proof of how all these bogus names had been listed as my mothers sister and this women even stated that my mothet had actual kidz so the letter of authority had already been issued to somebody other than US the family.

I am pleading with you to please help me because they are intending to send us on a witch hunt because we dont have sound knowledge of the law. These ********** people have no trail of their contact details but they have an address which is probably bogus. The people from thr master of the High Court are the only ones who are capable of issuing this document so my hands are tied as I need to take care of my disabled sister who attends Harvey Cohen and I need this letter of authority as it is rightfully mine. I have done everything they have asked for.
