excecutorship letter

my husband passed in 2018. all documentation from absa bank was sent to high court in november 2018. still waiting for letter of excecutorship. numerous attempts to call regarding progress on letter just to get" the number you have called mailbox is full please try again."all i want to know is how long do i still have to wait.
