Estate

Please i need help with estate. This estate of my husband is now 2 years. Last month the master was supposed to sign it. But the file dis disappeared in to thin air. How did it happen. This month they will cut my electricity. I cant buy food what can.i do now. I ask for small amount from the estate they can't do it with out the file.
