DELAY OF MY LETTER OF AUTHORITY BY MTATA HIGH COURT

I have started to apply for the letter of authority from July 2024 when I'm trying to call and email them they don't respond.How will I know that my submitted documents are correct or what. The reason led me to write here is their lack of communication
