Constant Delaying and *****

My mother passed away in November. Following the funeral we needed to go to the Master of thr high court to get the Letter of authority so we could claim funds at the bank. That being said weve been going to the court every Tuesday since December. The first t8me we went they told us what documents were missing and indeed ive brought them everytime. One time I went and the man on the 3rd floor came in and didnt open his door claiming that he is on leave and turned us back because the system was offline and we went back once again. This was on the 28th of December,bare in mind its been a month since my mom passed. On Tuesday the 9th of January we went yet again and as they type in thr number on the death certificate they start mentioning names of people I had never hward of in y life and when i told them that,they told me that a file had been opened and this file would prevent us from getting this letter. I didnt wanna leave instantly because i had grown tired of coming there and i live far away so goin there costs alot of money. I went to various floors that THEY had sent me to and each floor they gave me the same story. There was a file opened and in this file someone had compiled a family tree claiming that they are related to my mother and my mothet had bogus children and the master of the high court jad already issued this letter and this person had claimed a certain amount of funds that I had no knowledge of. This was shocking to me because only THEY have the authority to give someone this letter which means this is *****. They proceeded to tell us that there are no contact details on this family tree and they had an address whic probably doesn't exist. No ******** would leave a paper trail.

I AM BEGGING FOR HELP as we cant afford a lawyer and my aun is mature shes 65 and no one is bringing clarity to this situation. They are sending m on a which hunt. PLEASE I PLEAD with you.
