Conspiracy?

I had been referred by ABSA Deceased Estate to the High Court for answers on my Dads estate. They had produced a Liquidation statement but not payout. A friend gave me an email since no contact details are listed on the website only a phone number. The person Nstoane Nthabiseng rep**** that "its a process, it has to be approved. I then asked how and by whom, she rep**** I need to speak to ABSA Bank. So basically, being fobbed off on the Bank and vice versa. I am being ignored. Is this a conspiracy, hold onto the estate funds until the charges on the fiduciary account have totally eaten up by bank charges? What is the deal here?
