Can't access my mother's late estate!

My mothers late estate is held at the Umtata High court. I was a minor when she passed away and im now trying to look into her estate. Im a student but I've been sent back and forth from WC to EC for nothing. I've tried communicating with the office via phone calls (which never go through) and emails. I've lost confidence in this and i would really appreciate if someone could contact me with a way forward regarding this matter. Esona Monakali - ********** 517
