BAD SERVICE AT MASTER OF THE HIGH COURT

This department that is supposed to be the one that takes cares of beneficiaries and their payments it's failing the people of South Africa. From the chief director to the bottom no one seems to care. My daughter app**** for her funds to be withdrawn as she was going to varsity. It's been over a year since she app**** and everytime taken from one pillar to the next. They tried to shift the blame on GEPF whom resubmitted those required documents. Still today the funds are not out. I would like people to be aware out there what is happening in this department. And should get a petition out there that rather funds are left at GEPF as they know how to handle funds and what they are doing and assigned to do as people working for the people " Batho Pele"

I'm even wondering if the funds are there and the other minor kids will be able to get their monies

Those people don't care if you are coming from far or not to their Pretoria offices. I went there more than 5times. With no response from them. It leaves me no choice but to come to this platform and expose this department
