Bad service at Master Court Pretoria

The treatment received at Master Court in Pretoria is very pathetic. We almost 6 months going to the Master Court to get Letter of authority but we have been taken from pillar to post. Every time you are told to come after 3 to 4 weeks when you get there come after two months. Today we went there again submitted everything to get the letter we are there's only One person working with drafting letters so we dhould come end of May. I really need help
