After 5 years still no letter of Authority and it ain't our fault

HelloPeter my Name is Lindokuhle Sydney Nkosi son of the late M.B Nkosi I am from Mpumalanga in Nelspruit the Pretoria maste of the high court is holding back on the letter of Authority even though I posted all the required documents to them, the address that I posted is Private Bag x60 Pretoria 0001, we contacted via email because we have no transport to take us to Pretoria Willicah Phaka and L Basson were the assistant that I thought I could rely on but after I sent the documents via post two months ago they didn't contact me back and they are not answering my emails and I know that they are doing it on purpose because they are lazy to their jobs, and it's their fault that the letter of Authority is in Pretoria so they must send it back here. their email addresses that I used were *** this one belongs to Willicah Phaka and *** for L Basson. I even tried to call their main line number but they never picked up which is *** also this one ***...please Peter help me I have ran out of options this people are hopeless
