Acknowledge important documents

My son tragically died in Nov 2021. We are pensioners and are battling with the situation. We had to send a pile of paperwork to the Master in Cape Town. We did that via courier in Dec. We have no acknowledgement from the Masters office that they have these original docs. Given our stress levels, you would think they could acknowledge receipt even if they have a work backlog.
