5 months to register a trust

We lodged trust documents in February 2024. Now almost 5 months later we have still not received the Letters of Authority. This is despite weekly or bi-weekly visits to the Cape Town Master's Office as well as endless follow up e-mails being sent, all of which remains unanswered. We have even followed the complaints procedure and still no feedback. These delays are now just plain prejudicial to clients and the firms assisting the clients.
