Extremely disappointing experience with Master Movers. My belongings were damaged during the move, including my TVs and tumble dryer, as well as damage to my vehicle. I reported the damage on 8 July 2026 and provided all requested photos, videos and TV serial numbers.

I was told the claim was being sent to their insurance, but weeks later I still have no proper update, claim status or expected resolution date. Every follow-up results in the same response: “We are waiting for insurance.”

I have been patient and cooperative, but the lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. I am now having to consider formal legal action simply to get this matter resolved.
