Very Poor Operational Management
Our move from Cape to KZN was delayed from the outset due to poor operational management. I had booked the move months in advance, but they still messed it up. On the day of the move they didn't even have us on our schedule, so I had to phone them to chase this up, and they managed to get a truck to me at 5PM, messing my plans for travel up. On the KZN side, again due to poor operational management, they had a huge delay in getting the delivery to us - it arrived one day late, and only at 5PM! I had to outlay for an extra night's accommodation because of this! Did they offer to recompense me? No. On the good side, the packers and movers themselves were very friendly and efficient.

Sorry about the mess up from Cpt side it could of been due to the new ops manager stepping in from the old one. Thank you for noticing the teams on the ground were on the ball.
