Terrible customer service - misleading quotes and broken promises on delivery due dates
Terrible customer service - misleading quotes and broken promises on delivery due dates.
I would never use these guys. Despite confirming dates in writing with them they have the cheek to say that they never committed to a delivery date.
Plus we had to pay for extra boxes because they do the quotes telephonically- how are we supposed to know how big their boxes are?

31 Mar 2021, 07:54Morning John, all moves are based on a shared part load basis that fits in with our truck schedules. Ops confirmed the 31st as the 30th we could not. The choice was yours to accept that. On the odd occasion ops confirms a delivery date all is above board on the quote and u sign. Many other clients can attest to this fact of which we have evidence. Therefore your comments are unfounded and uncalled for. Boxes are always an estimate and all gets firmed up on the day. history can be more or less. We are delivering you today at 10 am as confirmed. I do not see what seems to still be the issue. Master Movers
