Poor communication
I am disappointed with the lack of communication I have received from Master Movers.When I contacted them for the removal and delivery of my items, I requested in total 4 times to be contacted when close by in order for me to avail myself or to communicate with someone to open for them.That was not met. My items were not delivered on the day as promised.I was not contacted with the delivery times as promised.I was also not informed of a possible reschedule date and time-slot of delivery.

These are just reminders that we are human. Perfection doesnt exist. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I believe my truck is there now 1st thing this morning. You wont be disappointed with the service in the end.We trust that this will swing your comment round to a 5 star. To a happier day in moving. Team Master Movers always trying there best.
