i am a repeat user, i must confess. This is the third time i have used Master Movers and every time the experience is better and better. The booking journey left me feeling that i am doing business with family. Matildah went out her way to ensure that what i need was done in the most cost effective way. Then the operations team, it felt like dealing with friends, nothing was too much trouble (like delivery the boxes to a different address than the scheduled move, including tape even though it was not discussed). On moving day the crew arrived on time, efficiently did the move like a swiss watch.
