DON'T USE MASTER MOVERS
They broke my table, fridge and plant pot and to date neither, Dawn or the management want to take responsibility.
The collections team was terrible in that they overloaded the container so my stuff broke and so many other items were damaged other than the 3 mentioned above
Nikki the sale lady doesn't care to take your call and do an on-site valuation hence went through their online portal where they quoted me, after paying the full amount, they then kept my furniture in jhb and refused to deliver my stuff in cape Town until an additional R5000 was paid
No ethics and completely unreliable.. Please don't ever use them

10 Apr 2025, 13:37So since the last delivery, 3 deliveries I might add, Jade has been the only one trying to assist. Dawn refuses to communicate what measures have been taken to replece the damaged items
Your response that the items were repaired is nonsense as my table was more damaged than before the repair.
My fridge panel s still hanging. Out. And my plant pot has not been replaced so I don't see how you have resolved anything.
As for the extra charges that is on your sales rep, to hold my goods to ransom because she didn't complete the inventory list properly when capturing info is not my responsibility and what you did to hold my goods in jhb demanding extra payment is *********, and ********.
