Bad Customer Service
Had the worst experience with this company, I relocated from Jhb to Cpt two months ago using their services. They delivered my refrigerator damaged, clothes and bedding missing from my boxes. Till today they haven’t resolved the issue, mind you I took their in transit insurance. I am fed up with this company, do yourself a favour and stay away from them. If I could rate them zero stars I would.

There are steps u need to follow and give us the correct info in order to process a claim.Bear in mind if your claim falls within the excess these are the terms you agreed to in your moving contract. Please get us what has been requested and is needed in order for us to proceed with your claim and it will still be honoured. Master Movers and there teams
