As an attorney, I work with and have as clients many real estate agents and managing agents. Maslow is by far and away the best in their field and this is shown in their commitment to their clients and the commitment they have to the rule of law. They are well known at the Community Schemes Ombudsman Service (CSOS) and have not failed to obtain an order from CSOS which has been sought on behalf of a client. Maslow is also diligent in their communication to the point where no tenant or owner could ever feel left out of the information flow. And they litigate only when a matter has no other alternative to resolution rather than as a point of first contact. This means that when litigation is instituted, the tenant or owner have been given every opportunity to rectify and which makes the litigation process simpler, easier and without unnecessary delays.
