Poor communication and disappointing service from Maslow Realty
My experience with Maslow Realty, particularly with the managing agent Tanika, was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was consistently poor, with emails often taking weeks to receive a response. Despite maintaining an excellent payment record and fully complying with my lease, I was given less than a month’s notice that my lease would not be renewed, despite earlier indications that it would be. This left my family under immense pressure to secure suitable accommodation within an unreasonable timeframe. To make matters worse, after moving out, my entire R7,500 deposit was withheld for allegedly painting four walls, without first providing a detailed quotation, invoices, receipts, or proof that the work was carried out. It is difficult to understand how painting of walls could justify withholding an entire deposit of R7,500. As a tenant, I expected professionalism, transparency, fair communication, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how my tenancy was managed, I cannot recommend Maslow Realty or Taylins View.

Unprofessional and Horrific Angent and Angentcy
Worst rental company and agent Tanika we stayed in a mould infested apartment for 11 months.The mould was pick up apon inspection before move in by the agent and was recoerd to be fixed we never was we then were sent a email 10 months in to say they will not renew contract we form a place one month early and gave notice then was charged for early termination The agent Tanika doesn't respond for weeks at a time we have to send more than 5 emails & whatsapp messages over a period of weeks before we get a response

Good job maslow
Fantastic managing agent as managing agents they take instructions from the trustees and thats exactly what maslow realty is about they try to assist where they can and communication is top notch highly recommended
