I understand that you are a current lessee at Maslow Realty as am I for the second time, and I appreciate your perspective. However, I would like to provide you with more information to clarify Maslow Realty's role as a rental agent for and on behalf of the registered owner of the dwelling.

Firstly, I would like to express that the basis of your complaint against Maslow Realty appears to be unfounded. It's important to note that as the appointed rental agency, Maslow Realty acts on the owner's instructions and approval, especially in matters related to repairs and maintenance of the rental dwelling. The responsibility for decision-making regarding the property lies with the owner, not the agency.

In your statement, you mentioned, "They (Maslow) don't take ownership." It's crucial to understand that Maslow Realty is not the owner of the property; they are the appointed rental agency. As per the Rental Housing & PPRA Acts, the agency operates within the boundaries of the law, following the instructions provided by the property owner.

Your lease agreement outlines both parties' obligations and rights concerning repairs and maintenance. It is essential to recognise the intermediary role that Maslow Realty plays in ensuring that all parties' interests are protected during the tenancy period. They are obligated to abide by the law of property and serve the property rental market and its needs.

Your accusation against Maslow Realty lacks information on non-service delivery or mismanagement evidence to substantiate the claim of being the worst agency. The agency operates at a professional fee and acts as an intermediary between the property owner and the tenant. It's important to consider the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved before rendering biased reviews that would prejudice any party adversely.

I appreciate your perspective as a current tenant, and I encourage you to note guidelines and communication I have provided herein, hoping that a better understanding of the responsible party of your issues at hand – Don’t shoot/discredit the messenger/middleman for something that is not within their power or mandate as that would not be a fair judgement.
