Account suspended and calls, whatsapps. emails ignored

I have been with Mashjoy for the past 4 to 5 years however since the past year their service has been bitterly disappointing with technical glitches every single month! The technical glitches in themselves are so much of an issue as they've always been attended to quite speedily. The last 2 month however have been a different story and now I'm stuck with a suspended account which is definitely not as a result of non payment and Lucky ignoring my whatsapps and emails. I'm now being perceived as an unprofessional service provider by my new clients due to lack of professional communication and Mashjoy is completely unbothered and not even bothering with any update on turnaround time. I have tolerated their shortcomings in recent months believing that they are working on their technical systems but now to ignore my calls and messages, especially when I can their activity on whatsapp!! Really disgusted with this poor service!!!
