Manager have a bad attitude

We went for one night at massal****rt when it just had started raining and went to the reception to ask can we get a braaier that we can curry it we it was not raining and they told us that it was R50.00. my husband said can he please speak to the manger and they told him that he is on his way back from bloem and will come to us when he get back. he never did so my husband and his brother in law went again and the manager made it clear to us that it was after hours and we must make a plan we knew that it is going to rain and it our problem he even swear at my husband and brother in law. We paid almost R1000.00. i will never go again to massel****rt and everywhere I will go I will spread the word.
