LOAN TV NOT RETURNED
We are a Eletronic repair shop ,Masel****rt Resort have a loan tv (Samsung 32") from us since 05/12/2025 , we phone + email several times to get our equipment back with no feeedback , Manager "Candice" avoid my Messages. We will never do Business with them again as we can now only wonder how customers is Treated if you treat your Suppliers like this.

MASEL****RT BOOKING
I had the worst experience contacting Masel****rt. The lady that answered the phone was no irritated. She answered very short- yes - no, we are full. Not giving any more information regarding times and accommodation. Management should really give your employers training in customer service.
