Highly unsattisfied

Arrived at facility after enquiring on phone prior to book-in, if tubes are working ... i was informed yes .. Upon arrival the pools were extremely dirty and no tubes in operation. I was told they dont have power and pools must first be pumped clean. I had a 1 night booking and check out at 11h00. Reply was they dont know when power will come back on ... anycase ... asked how long will it take to fill if power comes on ... reply ... we dont know. Went to restaurant to wait for check in ... asked for a cold beer ... was informed generator is going to be switched off to safe fuel for tonight ... went to chalet after receiving the key to discover it is not as advertised and definately not smelling clean. I asked my money back when i was told they dont do refunds ... unbelievable that you must pay when you are not informed and half of the resort is not operational. I will not recommend this resort to anybody
