Fibre installation gone wrong

Mars Network & Risk Services did the fibre installation at my property, on behalf of Frogfoot. The installer drilled into an electrical cable, and never reported the incident to his office. Two days later I lost all power to my house and had to get an electrician to fix the cable. Now both Mars Network and Frogfoot distance themselves from the incident, saying they were not to blame and left me to pay for the damages. Very poor service and customer support from both Mars Network (Mosselbay/George) and Frogfoot
