Worst service ever

They have the worst service, i am frustrated because i have been trying to call them, you will speak to an agent and they will tell you that's not my department, you ask them to put you through the right department, they hang up. You send emails, they do not respond. I canceled my body wyze insurance with AA which was financed by Marquis within 10 days of taking it, i called AA insurance and they told they have canceled and even refunded Marquis finance, they also sent me a proof via email. But Marquis is still deducting the money from my account and when i call them, they said i should send them proof of cancelation and refund proof which i did. Also AA insurance said they have sent them a proof. It is frustrating because you do not even know where to get help.
