WORST FINANCING SERVICES EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst bank to do your financing with. Our vehicle was written off on the 22nd of February 2024. Our insurance made a payment to settle the amount on the 24th of February 2024. Up till now there has not been any sign of this payment that has been made. I have sent countless emails, from which I have received ZERO response. I have tried to send a query from the site, but I only receive a message stating "ERROR OCCURED CONTACT MARQUIS" which is funny because there are ZERO contacting numbers!!!! I am still being debited for this vehicle which I don't even own anymore!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Will NEVER make use of this bank again, I don't understand how they are still working??? Wish I could give minus stars!!!!
