Worst Financing house available

I requested a change of banking details more than 1 year ago, I still pay the amount owed by myself every month. My debit order is supposed to go off on the 1st of every month. I make payment between the 26th and 28th. Marquis Finance decided to charge my account with R250 in arrears for making payment earlier than debit date (reminder they don't debit the account at all).

I will honestly never ever use Marquis Finance again, Customer service is really useless. I spend at least 20 min waiting for their account department to pick up the call. i have phoned them about this, logged this multiple times but no changes made whatsoever.

Living in 2025 I really thought the level of service would be a bit more professional.
