Worst customer service whether via emails or call center line.

I wrote an email regarding my account beginning of the week.

Tebatso M responded to the email as I requested for a call since they do not answer. She said I could write everything in email and she/he would assist from there.

I wrote what it was in connection with and the person never responded.

The worst when it comes to customer service. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
