Worst administration
I made an arrangement to pay my debit order via EFT as I'm currently unemployed and they have acknowledged receipt of my request but yet they continue to attempt to debit my empty bank account and every bounced debit charges me. What is the purpose of making payment arrangements with these kind of useless people as my request goes unattended.
