Worse Service ever in my life.

Useless customer service team, I'm stuck at the border can't cross with my car due to coss border letter, left Cape Town yesterday with family after contacting customer services of my intended holiday to Malawi, I did send all required docs, only to receive a letter with somebody car details..

I have been phoning left, right and centre in vain, no one is accommodating me, just to edit car details, this is the second day.

Really ****ed off. The cost of fuel from Cape Town to Beitbridge border, time, and I need to be at work on the 17 December.

I need urgently assist from high authorities please.
