Will advise everyone against them!

I settled my car 15 November 2024. Beginning of January they still deducted an installment, got some of it back from them but not everything. TODAY they want me to approve a debicheck for another installment!!!???? Can't get a paid up letter on their website because status of the account is still ACTIVE!!!???? ITS BEEN SETTLED 3MONTHS AGO??? TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! TERRIBLE PLEASE NEVER FINANCE A CAR THROUGH THEM! Mitmak motors finances their cars through them! Terrible! Never ever again!!!!!
