Very useless and I competent managers

I have lodged a complaint on the 6th of March, asking to cancel a contract with Icar Gezina dealership because they are delaying me with the car papers, and the dealership is refusing to cancel the contract, they told me that i should contact the bank and ask for contract cancelation as i have signed the contract with the bank,it is nearly 3months now and the car is still at the dealership I'm paying for a car that is not with me and it is not serving the purpose it was bought for, no one gave feedback on what is going on or how they tried to communicate with the dealership, I made follow ups on many occasions and the response that I got from the consultants was that my matter has been escalated to the relevant manager there was nothing more. After sending many emails as well as phone calls I got an email that says they have not received a favorable outcome from the dealership, I don't understand how can a manager fail to get a clear explanation from the dealership as to what is causing the delay for the dealership to provide Natis since they don't have it as the bank, the management of the bank is very *********** and useless, even the email I got i feel like it did not come from them it was sent by one of the consultants because he/she wanted me to drop the matter they referred me to Miosa, I'm thinking of stopping to make the payment so that they can reposses the car they will get it from the dealership as it has always been there and see how are they going to sell the car that doesn't have the papers,since well they have failed to get the papers of the car from the dealership maybe if it's the bank that is selling the car the dealership will be able to provide the papers to them
