Very poor service

I am so disappointed and I regret taking the car under maquis finance I dont wish anyone to experience what I experience with MQ from the first time when I wanted my car settlement letter it took about two weeks to get help after spending about R200 or more of my airtime after settling the car I’m in another struggle now of getting my car papers it’s been two weeks calling emails no response please anyone who knows their office please share the info I would to pay them a visit since they are no longer available
