Very Poor service!!!!!

I have never been this frustrated in my life. I've been calling them since last week requesting my settlement letter. They take long to answer calls and they have empty promises. To this day I'm still waiting. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their service is VERY POOR. I'M DISAPPOINTED AND REGRET USING THEM!
