Very difficult to get hold of or communicate with
The website doesn’t work, I haven’t had any response on emails and when I follow up I get a notification that the info@ email cannot be found. I signed into to the online portal but haven’t been able to access it again. I’ve made a huge capital reduction payment and no correspondence has been sent about my new repayment amount.
