*********** Vehicle FSP

Requested d/o date to be changed in May. To date still not done which has resulted in a returned d/o and affecting my credit rating. Called on Thursday, 31 Oct, requesting to speak to someone in Finance, was told they're not able to transfer. Received calls on Friday and requested to speak to the manager, still waiting. *********** FSP if you ask me which all started when I purchased a vehicle form a dealer they do business with. As a FSP you need to ensure the vehicle is registered withing the 21 days in order to receive the NATIS. This FSP wasn't interested at all as the vehicle was only registered 5 months later. Looks as if they do some Shady business.
